SAMPLE ITINERARY OF An ESCORTED GOLF TOUR (16NIGHTS / 17 DAYS)

Day 1
On arrival at Johannesburg International Airport, you will be met and transferred to Sun City for your 2nights stay at the Palace of the Lost City (B+B)

Day 2
You will be collected from the hotel and transferred to the Elephant Camp for an elephant back safari and interaction with the herd at the camp. In the afternoon, return to the resort for a round of golf at the Gary Player Country Club. Afterwards, enjoy the rest of the afternoon and evening at leisure. Palace of the Lost City (B+B)

Day 3
Early morning round of golf, before returning to hotel for checkout and resort transfer to Sun City Airport. Depart on a scheduled flight to Cape Town. On arrival guests will be met and transferred to Steenberg Country Hotel and Golf Estate. Remainder of the afternoon at leisure. Steenberg Country Hotel (B+B)

Day 4
After breakfast set off for a round of golf on the Steenberg Golf Course. Afternoon guests will be collected for a tour of the Cape Winelands, visiting the historical town of Stellenbosch and a wine estate to sample the regions world famous wines.

Day 5
After breakfast guests will be collected for a full day excursion to Cape Peninsula, including the Cape of Good Hope Nature reserve, Penguin colony at boulders beach, The Naval Town of Simonstown, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens before returning to the hotel in the late afternoon. Day 6
Guests will be collected early morning for a trip to the top of Table Mountain (weather permitting) a Cape Town City tour and visit to V & A Waterfront. Returning to Steenberg for an afternoon round of golf at this course or taking the option of playing at other recommended courses such as The Royal Cape or Atlantic Beach, a return transfer to the Hotel is included. Day 7
After breakfast and checkout guests will be met and transferred to the Western Cape Hotel and Spa in via a coastal route Hermanus Continue to Arabella Estate for afternoon round of golf. Western Cape Hotel and Spa (B+B)

Day 8
Guests can enjoy a day at leisure or opt for one of the hotels optional activities which include the health spa, another excursion to Hermanus or a round of golf. Western Cape Hotel and Spa (B+B)

Day 9
After breakfast guests will be transferred to Cape Town International for their flight to George along the spectacular Garden Route. On arrival guest will be met and transfer to Fancourt Hotel & Country Club Estate, situated beneath the Outeniqua Mountains. Enjoy the balance of the afternoon and evening at leisure. Day 10
After breakfast, enjoy a round of golf at the Montague Golf Course situated on the estate, afternoon at leisure. Fancourt Hotel & Country Club (B+B)

Day 11
After breakfast guests will be collected for a sightseeing and golf excursion to Knysna. Transfer to Sparrebosch Country Club for an early round of golf followed by an afternoon tour of local attractions, return to hotel late afternoon.

Day 12
Enjoy breakfast before teeing off on the challenging Links Course on the estate. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure. Fancourt Hotel & Country Club (B+B)

Day 13
Transfer to George Airport for the flight to Durban, on arrival guests will be met and transferred to Zimbali Lodge via Durban City for a drive through site seeing. Zimbali Lodge (B+B)

Day 14
After breakfast a round of golf at the Zimbali golf course Afternoon at leisure. Zimbali Lodge (B+B)

Day 15
Today guests have the option of either golf at Zimbali or at the nearby Mount Edgecombe Golf Estate before transferring to the Selborne Estate located South of Durban. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure. Selborne Hotel (B+B)

Day 16
After breakfast enjoy a challenging round of golf at Selborne Golf Course located on the estate, afternoon at leisure. Selborne Hotel (B+B)

Day 17
Morning at leisure to enjoy the facilities at the resort before transferring to Durban Airport for your return flight back home (B)
