Bare-foot Wine Making:
Guests are given a guided tour on the history and process of wine making at one of the many traditional wine farms in the Western Cape. This is followed by a wine tasting where guests are given the opportunity to tread their own wine. A sumptuous lunch in the open air of the vineyard, in the cellars, or in an on-site restaurant can be arranged. A string quartet or orchestra can provide entertainment while guests dine.

Game Safari - Private Reserves:
Spot the "BIG FIVE", elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard from the comfort of an open top land-rover. Your personal ranger and tracker will take you out at dawn and dusk to track game. Bush breakfast, braais, and sundowner cocktails can be arranged during these drives.

Game Safari - Kruger National Park:
Guests are accompanied by a driver/guide in microbuses on a safari through the Kruger National Park. Alternatively, vehicles can be hired and guests arranged in groups of two, four or six to self-drive game view. Prizes can be awarded for the most game spotted and guests given Polaroid cameras to take shots as proof of their sighting. The Kruger National Park has rest camps offering a wide variety of accommodation. Alternatively guests can be accommodated in hotels just outside the main gates of the park.

Helicopter Safari:
In some of the most scenically beautiful areas in the world. These exhilarating flights will take you to some deep and mysterious gorges, through lush valleys bursting with vegetation and colour, over roaring rivers and cascading waterfalls. A delicious breakfast, lunch or brunch on Table Mountain top can also be arranged during these flights.

Treasure Hunt In The Cango Caves
Guests are taken to either of these magnificent caves where they begin their hunt for treasure in the main chamber of the caves. Following the hunt, a cocktail party in the cave is provided. Alternatively a black tie dinner can be arranged in the Cango Caves.

Hot Air Balloon Safari:
Ballooning is an adventure in style, a memorable and exciting addition to any South African Incentive. Guests are transported to the departure area just as dawn breaks. With their helping hands the balloons are inflated and this wonderful adventure begins. Coffee and home baked goodies are supplied during the flight followed by a sizzling breakfast and champagne once touch down has been accomplished. A souvenir flight citation is presented to guests during breakfast.

Cocktail Party In A Gold Mine:
Guests are supplied with hard hats and miners' lanterns and are escorted on a journey 200 metres down the shaft of a gold mine at Gold Reef City. They are given a guided tour explaining the mine's history and this is followed by a cocktail party at the same level. Certificates of this experience can be arranged.

Beach Party:
Guests are taken to a harbour and transferred in fishing boats to a nearby beach, where a picnic or mouth-watering braai is provided. For a more formal event guests, dressed in eveningwear, can be whisked away by speedboat to a nearby beach. They are welcomed by an orchestra and served champagne before entering a fully decorated marquee for a sumptuous candlelight dinner.

Ostrich Safari:
Guests are taken to an Ostrich Farm to learn about this thriving commercial venture. Here they can experience the skills of the local jockeys as they ride in the Ostrich Derby and for the adventurous there's the opportunity to ride an Ostrich. A delicious meal of scrambled ostrich egg and ostrich steak is served following the Derby.
